Hey, I’m Tessa! I’ve always had a passion for beauty, art, and working with people. Funny enough, my love for hairstyling actually started in the barn — braiding my horses’ manes and tails was my first taste of the creativity I’d later fall in love with. During my junior year of high school, I decided to follow that passion wholeheartedly. I graduated a year early and jumped into cosmetology school at 17. And before that, at just 16, I bought a Blue Bird bus and completely renovated it into a custom nail salon-inspired space — a wild project that taught me so much about vision, design, and bringing big ideas to life at a young age. Now I’m 19 and officially licensed, running my own business! I love all things extensions, blonding, and nail services. I truly love creating looks that help people feel confident, elevated, and completely themselves. I can’t wait to have you in my suite!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you so much for supporting my business 🤍 Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is booked, that time is held specifically for your service and cannot be offered to another client. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for availability, the following policies are enforced. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. All outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service experience. Appointments are considered late after 15 minutes. Late arrivals may require shortening or rescheduling the appointment depending on schedule availability and may result in a same-day cancellation fee. Deposits Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will go toward your final balance but will be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments. Payment Methods Cash and all major credit/debit cards are accepted. Please note a 2.7% processing fee applies to card payments. How to Cancel Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through the booking system, by phone, or by email. Cancellations are only considered confirmed once a confirmation message has been received. Emergency Situations I understand emergencies happen. Please contact me directly if an emergency arises and I will do my best to accommodate your situation when possible.
